• Having first worked with the company in the 90's to get their fledgling eCommerce store off the ground, I later came on full time to manage and develop web site. in 2003.
• Developed and deployed SEO optimized eCommerce site. Custom Coded PHP and PERL CGI scripts to enhance the overall search engine visibility, as well as monitor and track improvements.
• Managed PPC campaigns using Google, Overture, and Microsoft Adcenter.

• Integrated online eCommerce engine(Oscommerce) to interface with web site. MySQL database and UPS World Ship, to simplifying the shipping process using ODBC. Implemented script to automate the contact customers upon shipping their orders as well as when they orders are delivered.
• Also manage day to day store operations. Managing Inventory, product ordering, price management. I handled phone orders as well as all online communications with our customers.
• Helped expand business nationally growing it to 2 stores, almost tripling the area that we could serve with ground shipping.
• Setup computer networks for both the Seattle and San Antonio operations, setting up a VPN between our networks.
• Most recently I was working on a revamp of our existing site. I had deployed a CMS (Content Management System) based site to examine the improvements that would be made. I was also investigating the use of Ruby in this redesign.
